About Mount Aloysius College

Mount Aloysius College, or MAC, for short, is a private college that is located in Cresson, which is a borough in Cambria County, in the US state of Pennsylvania, with a population of 1631 inhabitants, as estimated during the 2000 census.

The college was established in 1853 and it is affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church and sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy. It offers its students `more than 50 academic program offerings on the undergraduate and graduate levels in Health Sciences and Nursing, Humanities, Education, Social Sciences, Natural and Applied Sciences, Business Administration and Pre-Professional Study. Students may choose from more than 20 concentrations and minors.`
